La governance della cybersecurity
The PRIN Research Unit of the University of Teramo organized a high-level conference on cybersecurity governance and international regulatory frameworks.
The event featured interventions by renowned international law experts who addressed current issues related to hybrid threats, including cyber attacks, cyber weapons, disinformation, and the role of international organizations in cybersecurity.
The conference also included a contribution from Brig. Gen. Antonio Caruso, Head of the Cyber Operations Department of the Italian Ministry of Defense’s Network Operations Command (Comando per le Operazioni in Rete – COR), who provided an insider’s perspective on the operational dimension of national cyber defense.
