Migrants as a sword or as a shield?
The one-day seminar will explore the reality of the instrumentalization of migrants, which has recently surfaced in the case-law of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).
Speakers include human rights academics and practitioners across Europe. The event is co-sponsored by the project Re:constitution as part of the activities of Francesco Luigi Gatta, Assistant Professor of EU Law at the University of Palermo.
